Chef Gerry was the executive chef for 11 years at the Ontario Hilton and 10 years at the University Hilton in Los Angeles. In addition to French cuisine, Chef Gerry has experience in preparing Spanish, Creole, Middle Eastern and Italian cuisine. Chef Gerry was trained at the famed ECOLE DES BEAUX ARTS, in Paris, France and has come to us highly accredited.
