	Our Product: We serve only fresh (never frozen), aged Black Angus beef, fresh boneless, skinless breasts of chicken, fresh seafood delivered daily. Our hand selected produce is delivered daily from the Farmer’s Market of Los Angeles. Our breads, dinner rolls and desserts are baked daily from scratch, using only the finest ingredients.
Our Culinary Team: Our Executive Chef, Gerry Seys was trained at the famed ECOLE DES BEAUX ARTS, in Paris, France and has come to us with an illustrious background. Prior to joining our staff, Chef Seys was the executive chef for eleven years at the Ontario Hilton Hotel and ten years at the University Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Chef Seys and his professional culinary staff proudly serve the finest in American and Continental cuisine. Additionally, Chef Seys specializes in French, Spanish, Italian, Creole and Middle Eastern dishes.
Our Staff: Everyone on our team wants the very best for your special event and we will all serve you pleasantly, thoroughly, respectfully and kindly from start to finish.

Our goal is to present the very best in service, believing your special event is the most important event on our calendar while providing the most elaborately decorated rooms to enhance the excitement or your day, with the most delicious meal for you and your guests while seeing to every minute detail so all your memories of your experience with IMAGINE THAT! are wonderful. We believe your special event is as worthy as any illustrious event covered in the society pages but we strive to offer your event at a reasonable price. Quality does not have to be expensive.

Included in our events package is unlimited coffee, iced tea, punch and water. With a minimum of one hundred adult guests, a no host or cash bar can be made available at no charge for bar set-up. For smaller groups a fee of $75.00 is required to open the bar.

IMAGINE THAT! stocks only premium brands of alcohol including Smirnoff, Jose Cuevas, J & B, Seagrams, Absolut, Budweiser, Coors, Beringer and Fetzer to name a few. If you wish to host the bar, a cash deposit is required before the bar opens along with your instructions as to which beverages you wish to host. When approximately $20.00 remains on your tab, you are notified to enable you to choose to continue hosting the bar with additional funds or to instruct us to charge your guests for their drinks when your funds have been depleted. Hosted bars are pre-paid in cash only. We do, however, encourage a "no-host" bar wherein everyone pays for his or her drinks. You will find our cocktails to be quite moderately priced.

We can make our services available at a location other than IMAGINE THAT! Prices vary depending on which services we include in your package, however when our services are contracted for catering, we include the tables and chairs at no additional cost to you.
